Its rich, creamy milk imparts a special character to our products, which allows us to develop refined products offering a unique gustatory experience—in short, a Grand Cru experience. We selected the breed of our goat farm, the Nubian goat, for its sociability and exceptional dairy character in terms of cheese-making components.
