Our Feta in oil and herbs is lightly desalted and marinated in flavoured oil, which gives it a less pronounced salty taste alongside the flavours of the herbs—a true delight.

We selected the breed of our goat farm, the Nubian goat, for its sociability and exceptional dairy character in terms of cheese-making components.
